Jerry Williams Founder

Jerry Williams is a dynamic sports development professional, entrepreneur, marketer, tourism innovator, and media strategist with more than two decades of experience in sports management, event coordination, marketing, tourism development, and business leadership across the Caribbean. As the Owner of The Marketing Edge and In Nature Tours, he has played a major role in positioning Dominica as a destination for sports tourism, wellness, culture, and investment opportunities.

Jerry is the Co-Founder of Next Level Sports Management and Recruiting Group, an organization dedicated to exposing student athletes to educational and professional opportunities through sports. He is also the Co-Founder of Creole Heartbeat, a media and entertainment platform focused on promoting Caribbean culture, music, and events. In addition, he contributed to the early startup development and growth of Emo News, one of Dominica's leading digital news platforms.

A passionate advocate for tourism and hospitality development, Jerry is a minority owner of Atlantique View Retreat Resort in Dominica, where he has also served in leadership and development roles, contributing to the resort's branding, marketing, project development, and strategic growth. His vision for the property focuses on wellness tourism, sports recovery retreats, eco-experiences, and destination development.

Before returning to Dominica, Jerry served with the Ministry of Sports as Senior Sports Officer, where he coordinated public relations initiatives, national sporting events, and policy development for sports and recreation. He played an important role in the development of Antigua and Barbuda's National Sports Policy and in strengthening support systems for national sporting organizations.

An accomplished publisher and event organizer, Jerry has produced and managed several influential media and sporting initiatives including Creole Heartbeat Magazine, Student Athlete Focus Newsletter, Xcellent Sports Newsletter, the Kréyol Basketball Championship, the Dominica Music Awards, and the Nature Island Basketball Classic. His work consistently bridges sports, culture, tourism, youth development, and entrepreneurship throughout the Caribbean.

Jerry studied Applied Management Technology at St. Ambrose University and holds a Certificate in Sports Marketing from the United States Sports Academy.
